JordanvilleC'était dimanche soir dans notre monastère de Jordanville (USA) pour la fête de saint Job de Potchaev, qui est la fête patronale de leur imprimerie :

«Today Joseph Gingrich, our cook, came to my room and said he wanted to tell me about something he saw last night. Of course, I assumed he saw someone doing something bad...the usual. But, he said that he left the vigil service to St. Job early, since he didn't understand the Slavonic anyway, and was up on the hill by Nina Soloviev's house, talking to some neighbor ...Rich... and they were looking at the monastery when the service ended and the bells started ringing. Suddenly the monastery started to glow with a white light that kept getting brighter and brighter. It was above and all around the monastery. Joseph asked Rich, «Do you see what I see?» And he did. The light got brighter until the bells stopped ringing, and then it gradually came back to normal. This was after the vigil to St. Job of Pochaev.
